“Spa Room and Fitness Room”
Further ideas of moving the Home Gym and Fitness Room to the basement was also now possible with a Home Addition. When previously, the only room before that could hold all of the equipment was to close to the front foyer and a bit of an eyesore.
In the other section of the Basement Addition gave space to finally hide the Home Gym and Fitness Room. In an area off the Wine Sitting area, unnoticeable unless you were three feet from its doorway, out of any site lines. An area fully dedicated to its function, room for all of the cardio equipment and professional Hoist PTS Fitness machine. A wall mounted TV now centered in the room, made for better viewing compared to the old rooms last location, where depending on what machine you were using rated how good your view would be. Also extra space for the homeowner to extend his sports memorabilia collection and within close proximity to those found in the Custom Bar.
This corner bedroom became the Spa Room instead, equipped with an Infrared Sauna. Made for a perfect little sanctuary that was tucked away nicely, but now closer the the Home Gym and Fitness Room. This Custom i3c Designed Basement has everything for anyone, you even just might see it showcased one day on a Home Design Show network. It’s an inspiring space, fitting for this luxury home and anyone claiming to be the ultimate Hosts. For i3c Designing spaces like these are very rewarding, and what a fun adventure to be a part of.
